I wouldn't say it was a great practice. It went okay, though.
Warmup went well (4 x 200 progressive)
4 x 100 kicking with fins.
Drilling went well, too. 4 x 4 x 25 fly sequence. I have fins now, so that make doing fly sequences easier, better.
Sprints: Worked them very hard; felt okay. (6 x 25)
Main set: 5 x (150free, 100 IM, hard 50 choice)
I worked the 150's, slogged the IM's and worked the 50's freestyle.
150's were all on about 1:50. 50's all about :35.
The first 3 150's my arms were feeling very stiff from the sprinting.
