Swim practice a bit off today. Was it hangover from hard session on Saturday... or hard strength training today? Probably a bit of both. I worked the 100's hard, but could not keep them at 1:15; had to raise sendoff to 1:35. Crashed when I got home. Strength training went okay. I needed the long warmup once I got in the pool. It will be interesting to see how Wednesday practice goes.
