Warmup kicking and drilling were okay. My breaststroke is feeling pretty good.
Main Set:
Thought it would go badly, but I started to feel strong at the start and stayed strong throughout, so I worked it as hard as I could.
200's were all just on or under 2:30. This surprised me; I didn't think I'd be able to go that fast and maintain the pace, even with 30 seconds rest.
50's were all right on or slightly below :35.
