*Ahh, a freestyle grind. Just what the doctor ordered.
I did the butterfly sprinting two armed and felt it in the 800 swim; took quite a while to loosen up, probably the first 600. I might be feeling last week, too. I did get stronger as the set progressed, but that seems pretty much the norm these days. Feeling pretty wiped out right now.
*Warmup, drilling and sprints went okay. Butterfly felt a bit rough, even with fins. No shoulder problems right now; I've got my fingers crossed.
*Main set times: (800, 600, 400, 200 freestyle with :30 rest between swims)
800: 11:00 (approximate; I lost track of laps and went 850, I think)
600: 8:10
400: 5:15
200: 2:27
