Training Log

Brutal practice. I am completely wiped out now; nap time.
Good news, though. I finished the whole main set.
24 x 100's were all on 1:15, give or take a second. Maintained 1:25 sendoff throughout.
Wore the drag suit, which made it slightly harder, but had a draft from Chris throughout, which made it slightly easier.
Before starting I thought I would never make it through the whole set, particularly because I was feeling a bit weak during warmup. By half way through I knew I'd make it, my splits and my strength were that consistent.
I suspect that coach Bob did not think I could make the whole set, so I'm glad to prove him wrong.

Tom, fantastic work! If it makes you feel still better, you can know that I'm sore just about everywhere today, and I took the wussy approach to that main set. (I'm tempted to skip weights this weekend...)
Good swimming with you.
