Weird practice. I felt tight and a bit weak during warmup, kicking and drilling, although my breaststroke felt okay. Once I started the 300's I felt surprisingly strong.
Main set: 300's on 8 minute sendoff. Fast swimming with long rest.
Times: 3:42, 3:41, 3:40, 3:45.
I felt particularly good in the last 100 of each 300. Worked them very hard.
