Pretty good practice.Warmup and kicking went fine. Stiff this morning; took a while to feel loose enough to swim well.
Backstroke sprinting: I have a hard time with sprinting backstroke, but worked them hard. Concentrated on kicking hard.
900 Free: A bit of a slog. Still feeling a bit stiff.... and tired from the sprinting.
9 x 100 free: They felt very strong today. We did them on 1:35 sendoff
first three were all right on 1:15;
second three descended 1:21, 1:15, 1:09;
last three were 1:12, 1:13, 1:12.
Warmdown as per usual, 300 yards mixitup.
