Good, strong practice, a big contrast to yesterday.
Warmup, kicking, sculling went fine.
Broken 300 IM's felt strong all the way. Back and breast felt particularly good. I tried to keep it strong and maintain form.
75's were strong throughout. I was surprised I could maintain a steady pace and then go fast on the fourth swim of each set. Steady swims were all right around :60; faster 75's all :53-:55.
I'm pretty pooped afterward.
