A beast of a practice.
I felt strong throughout, but when I returned home after lunch in town I crashed for a few hours. Warmup, kicking and drilling went fine. I hate the dolphin kicking on the back with fins, though.
Main set: 300's with long rest. 3:45, 3:44, 3:44, 3:42.
I feel good that I can maintain pace to the end without slowing down.
75's: Kept them at slightly under 1:00; they felt pretty good, even after the prior hard swimming.
