Good practice. I felt quite rested and strong and worked it hard. Consequently, I'm pretty wiped out.
Warmup, drilling and sprints went fine.
Main Set: I worked the 400 pulls hard. 5:15, 5:10, 5:10. I was surprised I could keep them all below a 1:20/100 pace.
100 IM's didn't feel as strong. I worked them, but did not feel as good. Cramps slowed me down. Maybe I worked the 400's too hard.
