Main Set: 24 x 100 freestyle
First 12 steady on 1:30 sendoff: swimming each at about 1:18.
Next 8 faster: on 1:35 sendoff: averaged 1:15
Last four descending on 1:45 sendoff: 1:20, 1:15, 1:13, 1:12
Long warm down.
I'm whipped. I'll need two days to recover, certainly.
