Warmup, kicking and 50's went fine.
I started to feel a bit weak, but once I got into the main set got stronger.
Main set: 100's were all a tad below 1:20; I did them on 1:30 sendoff. The 400's: 5:12, 5:15, 5:07.
All things considered it felt pretty good to get back into grinding it out. I'm wearing the drag suit, as per recommendation.
