I felt moderately strong today, no hangover from the meet Saturday.
I actually did the 400 kicking; when you specifically demand it on my custom practices, I guess I can't just blow it off like I do with the "generic" practices. I need to get some fins.
Sprints were okay. I can't really go fast in the alien strokes anyway, though. I don't do two arm butterfly in practice.
I worked the freestyle 200's and slogged through the IM's.
I didn't pay attention to times in the IM's. Freestyle 200's were 2:37, 2:38, 2:36, 2:39, 2:37, 2:32.
Warmdown as per usual, 300-400 yd.
