Good practice. I felt strong and energetic throughout. Worked it hard.
Warmup and kicking went fine.
Half pool sprints were a bit rough. Felt tight at the beginning. Sculling okay.
Main Set: 3 x (2 x 200 + 4 x 50 faster)
I worked these as hard as I could.
200's were all 2:26-2:28.
50's were all under :35, most were :33.
All the swims felt strong and fast.
