Ragged practice. Must be a hangover from the meet Saturday, although I thought a day off Sunday would take care of that.
Warmup and kicking went fine.
Sprints felt... well, ragged. They were okay, I guess, but just not sharp. Maybe because there was no freestyle.
Main Set: Freestyle 200s were okay, all in the 2:30 range, which is good, considering.
IM's were not so good. I tried to push on the first set and knew that the rest of the practice was just not going to be very sharp. Later IM's, truthfully, I just survived. Tried to push as well as I could, but just did not feel that good.
