Particularly wiped out after practice today. Hard workouts are adding up, I feel.
Warmup, kicking and drilling went fine.
Main set was grueling, but I worked it as hard as I could.
50's ranged from :32 to :35.
200's were 2:25 to 2:35, getting gradually slower as the practice progressed.
Usually, I can maintain a steady pace on 200's, especially with :30 rest, and often get faster as the set progresses, but not today. I worked hard on the back half of the set, but just kept getting slower.
