Training Log

I felt a little bit off today, maybe due to Saturday's hard practice. Maybe it was the hard sprinting at the beginning?
--Warmup and drilling went fine.
--2 sets of 6 x 25 freestyle with 30 seconds rest: Worked them as hard as possible and it was somewhat brutal by the end.
--Pulling: 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300. Tried to keep the steady pace at a 1:20 per 100 and managed pretty well. Early on my arms felt dead from the sprinting.
--Swim: 250, 200, 250, 100, 50, progressive with :30 rest interval.
     They felt okay. 3:21, 2:36, 1:52, 1:08, :34.
Warmdown as per usual.
