Backstroke sprints: felt surprisingly strong and fast after the drilling
Main: felt a little weak after the sprints, but settled into the set pretty strongly as it progressed.300's on long rest felt pretty good. I worked them without pushing to the max. Times: 3:43, 3:46, 3:45, 3:42.
I'm happy when I can do 300 in under 4:00. The 200 splits were all just under 2:30.
I'll feel really good when I can do 7 or 8 in 3:45 on 30 seconds rest.
All the guys were there; that helps, too.
