Quite a challenging practice, I must say.
Warmup went okay. My freestyle feels strong after sculling.
IM 25's went fine; I even swam the fly two armed.
I worked the sprints hard; they felt a bit rough, but not too bad.
2500 yards of freestyle:
It took a lot of concentration trying to keep the pace of each swim consistent. Pacing was not absolutely consistent, but within the "spirit" of the instructions. Times are not all that fast, but I feel are okay given only :15 rest between swims in the set. I feel quite drained from the output required.
50's averaged :38, 100"s averaged 1:18, 150's averaged 1:58, 200's averaged 2:38.
