After yesterday's killer practice I thought I might bonk today, since it, too, was a kickass workout. I'm happy to say that I felt strong throughout. If I had to swim tomorrow, though, I'm pretty sure I would be worthless.
--Warmup, kicking and drilling went fine.
--8 x 50 sprints with long rest (2:30 sendoff) were pretty good. All were :30 or better; best was around :27+. By the end I was really feeling it in my arms. Ahh, that lactic acid buildup...
--Moderate 75's felt surprisingly good, although I was a little tight at the beginning. We did them on 1:15 sendoff and all of the swims were between :50 and 1:00, most around 55.
--Warm Down as per usual.
