A good old grind it out freestyle practice. I like!
Felt quite strong today. Average pace for long freestyle swims is coming down steadily. I can keep them below 1:20 per 100 yards now without any difficulty. This bodes well for 1650/1500 I think.
Warmup, kicking and drill went fine. Butterfly sprinting felt a little rough, but not too bad.
Main set: 800 in 10:30, 600 in 7:50, 400 in 5:02, 200 in 2:24. Beat the split on all of them.
A good strong set.
