Butterfly drills with fins; did some of them two arm and shoulders feel okay.
Main set:
75's felt pretty strong throughout; did them all at around 1:55.
300 IM descenders: Started easy. One arm fly all but last. Times: 3:59, 3:47, 3:42, 3:28.
Really worked the last one. Trying to work IM's these days, rather than simply slog.
