Pretty good practice today; no kicking, no IM.... yeah! Warmup and drills went fine.
I was a little stiff from yesterday's practice.
Sprints: worked them very hard; I'm still stiff from that (Friday evening).
2,000 pull. Worked it pretty hard. First thousand: 14:05, second thousand: 13:35. Tried to average 1:20 on back half; didn't quite make it, but close enough for today.
