Warmup and drilling went well.
8 x 25 medium speed freestyle; swam them at mile pace, approximately. Good prep for sprints.
6 x 50 yard sprints on long rest. Oh boy! Such lactic acid buildup! All were around :28, :29. Good racing with Scott.
4 x 100 easy; swam them at around 1:30 pace.
8 x 100 easier than threshold; swam them all at a few seconds below 1:20 pace. Felt lactic acid gradually flushing out.
