Training Log

Warmup, kicking and drill all went fine.
Main set: 2 x [4 x 250] On 30 sec. rest. 4th swim of each set all out (romp). Times below:
     3:15, 3:12, 3:08, 2:58
     3:16, 3:08, 3:12, 3:01
They felt strong all the way. 4th swim of each set I pushed as hard as I could and that felt good, too.
Only deviation from the plan was 100 active rest between the sets to recover a bit from the all out 4th swim.
Warmdown as per usual.
I feel my strength and fitness improving steadily, especially after two days of rest.
