Things went pretty well today.
1,000 Warmup, 400 kicking, backstroke drill. My backstroke actually felt pretty good.
1,000 pull negative split: splits were 6:55, 6:40. It felt strong, especially the back half. Bodes well for hour swim, I think.
8 x 100 IM: Worked them; they felt okay. I don't cramp very much, which is a plus.
