I thought I might fade today, since the practice was fairly hard and Sunday's practice was such high volume (6,000 yards+).
I felt strong throughout, though; a good sign.
Warmup, kicking and drilling went just fine.
Main set: descenders on 30 seconds rest.
Worked the third of each set as hard as I could. Times satisfactory.
100's: 1:16, 1:12, 1:08
200's: 2:41, 2:32: 2:21
300's: 4:10, 3:56, 3:40
100 active rest before sprinting.
Sprints: 8 x 12.5's, actually felt pretty fast; surprising given the hard swimming previous to them.

Afterward: I feel really drained, but it was a good practice. That's how I'm supposed to feel, isn't it?
