We did 100+ 50's, not sure exactly how many. They were on various intervals, free and IM intermixed. Warmup 50's felt okay, but then I started feeling weak. After about 3,000 meters, though, I started feeling stronger. 1,000 meters of 100's on 1:40 sendoff were the core of the practice for me and I worked them hard, felt quite strong. Overall a good practice; about 6,000 yards. Rest day tomorrow mandatory. Interested how sharp I will be the next day (Tuesday).
