Swim Practice

Warmup: 1000 choice
Drill: 8 x 25 breast
Main Set: Swim 3 rounds of:

     4 x 200 free, descending within each round (:30 rest)
     (1:00 rest between rounds)
Warmdown: 10 minutes drilling


Practice notes:
Worked it hard and thoroughly whipped. Finished without bonking, though.
OK warmup & drill, long warmdown.
200 times: 
     2:41, 2:34, 2:29, 2:24
     2:44, 2:37, 2:31, 2:23
     2:45, 2:39, 2:34, 2:25

tom, that is a great accomplishment, not only because of the freestyle but the range and all four strokes were involved...i am sure it inspires your family plus the entire community to be more physically active...keefe
