    odds: palm first entry, easy
    evens: 6+ underwater kicks

Sprint: 4 x 50 freestyle, FAST, best average (1:00 rest)
Warmdown: 10 minutes drilling

Comment:
Whew. Long grinding freestyle practice. Wiped out afterward, but during, it went okay.

800 warmup, 500 kicking, backstroke drilling went just fine.
Did main set 200's mostly on 2:55 sendoff and swims at 2:36/37. Felt strong throughout, though slowed down a little near the end, 10 & 11 down around 2:40. Final one was 2:32, though.
Sprints were in low 30's, except for last which was :29.
Nap time once I got back home.
