Swim Meet. Long Course at San Luis Obispo

Inexplicably, both swims were much slower than I had suspected. My goal was to set a world record in the 400 freestyle and I missed by quite a bit.
400 meters freestyle: 5:32.87
400 meters Individual Medley: 6:36.89. Broke Northwest Zone record
