Tom--thanks for the workout info. I am 73 and was not at the SCY nationals last Spring but plan on being in Indy; I will check your blog weekly from now on. I have no coach and live at 9,200 ft and train at a pool also at that alt. Also X country in winter and mountain bike in summer. Looking forward to meeting you. Artie Wolfe Leave a Reply. |
