Warmup and drilling went fine. Sprinting felt rather tight, but not too bad.
Main set: 2,400 yds
10 x 150 IM's were grueling. I worked them as hard as I could, concentrating mainly on maintaining form in breast.
6 x 150's free: I didn't have a lot left, but worked them as hard as I could. 1:20 sendoff, kept them a second or two below 2:00.
