Drill: 8 x 25 worst stroke. Focus on one technical point
Sprint: 16 x 50 freestyle. Goal :36.0 every one (:on 1:00 sendoff)
Swim: 4 x 200 freestyle, easy, on ~2:45 with great turns
Warmdown: 10 minutes drilling

Have felt just okay, not great, the last few days.
Strength training light, then...
Warmup and drilling went fine; breast stroke is feeling smooth and strong.
"Sprint" 50's. Actually pace work for 1650, right? All were right on :36 except the first several, as I had a hard time slowing down to that pace in the beginning.
200's: Did them on 3:15 sendoff and all were right on 2:45, as prescribed.
