Felt okay today. Not great, but not bad, either.
Warmup, kicking and drilling went fine.
300's on 8 minute sendoff (in drag)... 3:48, 3:44, 3:41. Worked them hard; didn't feel particularly strong, but times seem okay.
Slogged through the IM's. Did them in 1:35-1:40. Heart rate at end of the 8th: 138.
